Proper Mechanics Quiz

Dress out grade "QUIZ"

  • Quiz will be a one on one visual observation quiz

  • Students will perform the exercise,warm up, or stretch based on what has been taught throughout the first 4 weeks.

  • 5 randomly selected exercise,warm up, or stretch will be called, each will be worth 20pts.

  • As stated in the rules uniforms are mandatory for PE and calculate a big part of their grade.

  • Students participation grade will also be affected

  • "dress out quiz" This is not a Quiz however it holds the same worth as a quiz.

  • everyday students are checked for proper unifrom. every 2-3 weeks total days not dressed will be deducted from "quiz" grade

P.E. Test Week Q1 and Q4

  • Push Ups

  • Sit Ups

  • Mile Run

  • Shuttle Run

  • Sit and reach

  • Pull Ups/Flex hang

Dress out Quiz grade

  • Students must dress out in COMPLETE uniform to recieve full credit

  • NO Excuses. If a uniform has not been purchased please check uniforms & rules tab for other options 

Please read what is acceptable for uniforms. Students are either bringing in wrong P.E. uniform or not dressing out at all. This is affecting their overall grade.
